Microphone access requires a secure context (HTTPS or localhost). You are accessing this page over plain HTTP on a non-localhost address. To fix this, either:
Access via https:// (set up TLS on the server)
Access via http://localhost:8090 or http://127.0.0.1:8090
In Chrome, go to chrome://flags/#unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure, add http://192.168.2.90:8090, and relaunch
